MK 3A/4/5 COMB INED WELD ING & CUTT ING TORCH FOR MEDIUM DUTY APPLICATIONS

• It is a well-balanced, high pressure & sturdily constructed welding & cutting torch

• Shank is common for both welding & cutting heads

• Each component i.e, shank, cutting attachment, mixer is interchangeable

• It has front mounted colour coded valves

• Torch and nozzles conforms to EN ISO 5172

• Torch is designed for welding work from 18swg to 8 mm thickness using swaged nozzles sizes 1 - 25 of type 3/4/5

• The mixer seats on serrated toothed faces allowing the operator a selection of positive nozzle positioning through 360^o.

• The torch can be used either with acetylene or propane nozzles, together with heating neck

• Using a propane super heating mixer and 255 mm or 710 mm stainless steel super heating neck an intense heat output of up to 180 kW is obtained

• The cutting head is nozzle mixing, enabling the operator to use either acetylene or propane fuel gases by fitting the appropriate nozzle

• Many different ANM & PNM nozzles are available for efficient cutting of metal sheet upto150mm thickness using acetylene & propane fuel gas

• Hose connection of torch is G 3/8'

• Welding capacity: 8mm thickness, Cutting capacity: 150mm thickness
