MULTI STAGE Cylinder Regulators

• GCE multi stage regulator are designed as per latest EN ISO 2503 & EN ISO 7291 standard

• First stage reduces the inlet pressure by over 90% and second stage ensures accurate delivery of pressure

• Body of regulator is made of forged brass, gold powder painted & chemically stabilized

• First stage bonnet is made of forged brass, powder painted & chemically stabilised

• Second stage bonnet is made of die-cast zinc alloy, powder painted & chemically stabilized

• Heart Valves is made of brass body sealed by PA (first stage) or high-grade chloroprene rubber (second stage)

• Safety valves are non-adjustable on both stages

• Diameter of first stage diaphragm Is 40mm, pre shaped stainless steel

• Diameter of second stage diaphragm is 82mm, EPDM fabric-reinforced rubber

• Inlet stem & Nut is made of high-tensile brass & complies to BS-341 standard

• Control elements are Plastic handwheel + captive pressure adjusting screw

• Setting: Ergonomic PA handwheel, adjustable limitation of P2 max
